The following dates and times are available at this time (last updated at the above posted date - all times are Eastern time):
Friday, September 10th, any four hour block between 10am and 5pm.
Sunday, September 12th, 10am-2pm.
Monday, September 13th, anytime.
Tuesday, September 14th, anytime.
Wednesday, September 15th, anytime.
Thursday, September 16th, 11am-3pm.
Sunday, September 19th, 10am-2pm.
Monday, September 20th, anytime.
When you email me, be sure to include more than one choice, as I schedule lessons daily. All dates are reserved as a first come-first serve basis. Therefore, availability of the dates above cannot be guaranteed, and that's why I ask you to include more than one choice. If all of the above choices are bad, just email me with times that are good for you (this often happens with my students halfway across the world - Don't worry - I will accomodate you!). I apologize about some of the dates being quite a bit away, especially the weekends, which are in demand. I keep busy, and it's important to me that I have sufficient time to prepare a lesson directly custom-made for you.
The price of a four hour lesson is $399 for four hours. Feel free to split the cost of a lesson with a friend or family member if you want to do a joint lesson at no additional cost. I currently charge previous students $299 for four hours.
You can earn a $40 discount by signing up for a poker site through pocketfives. If you need assistance receiving this discount, and you do not have a poker account at Ultimate Bet, Absolute Poker, Cake Poker, or Full Tilt Poker, then be sure to let me know. I will give you complete instructions on how to get this done. Earning this discount is easy.
Please understand that it may take a few days for me to respond to your query. I apologize in advance for the delay. It is only necessary because the demand is high at this time, and I get a lot of e-mail. Lately I have been running as many as 6 days behind on my email. It is important to me to provide you with a proper response, so please be patient and I will take very good care of you :)
All lessons will be given thru Windows Live Messenger. Windows Live is compatible with MSN and Yahoo messenger so if you have either of those already, you are all set. Whenever possible, I like to use a screen sharing program as well, (gotomeeting) to better present the material.
Please download Windows Live Messenger, verify your e-mail address, and add me as a contact. (goodtime46@aol.com) >>Here's where to get it : http://get.live.com/messenger/overview . You don't have to do anything for gotomeeting. I'll give you a link as soon as our chat starts.
Please send along a few hand histories. If you don't have them or don't know how to obtain them, I can happily give you step-by-step instructions if you ask.
When you email, try to include as many facts about yourself as possible. The following facts would be helpful to my ability to plan the best lesson for you, all are optional, so if you feel the info is too personal, you need not include it...just the more info I have the better (feel free to cut and paste):

Here is my story (yeah, I know this is long but I want to know a ton about you so that I know how to help you!):
If your stats are blocked/reset on Sharkscope or Officialpokerrankings.com, I recommend unblocking them. Often, I can find areas of opportunity by looking at your finish positions. If your stats are awful, I don't care. I'm looking at how to improve you regardless of whether your stats aer horrid or excellent.
All payments are due at least two days before the lesson. If you need to pay me the day of or the day before the lesson instead, that's perfectly okay, just please let me know ahead of time.
Preferred methods of payment:
- Transfer to Full Tilt Poker, name Punkinbear, (city Lockport).
- Transfer to Pokerstars, name Punkinbear, (city Lockport).
- Paypal (e-mail me first before doing this, for specific instructions)
- Transfer to Cake Poker, Ultimate Bet, Carbon Poker, or Absolute Poker, (e-mail me first before doing this, for specific instructions)
If none of the above are possible, we can make alternate arrangements. I will send you a receipt of payment as soon as possible, usually within one day.
After the lesson, please take the time to provide feedback, both positive and negative. I intend to become a better teacher with every time I teach, and I appreciate anything you can do to help me to achieve that goal.
When scheduling a lesson, it's to your advantage to send me a few hand histories. My plan with you is to take all the information that you give me, review your stats, and figure out what you need before the lesson starts. Everyone's lesson is different, and it's important that I have the tools to figure out what your immediate needs are. Often, those needs are leaks that you were totally unaware of, so the more information I have, the better.
Why Jennifear?:
- I have had success over a large sample of single table SNGs at varying levels with a solid ROI. I'm known for STT instruction, but I also specialize in multi-table SNGs and MTTs. Though this information is not complete, you may obtain a sample of my statistics by checking my PokerStars and Full Tilt stats at Sharkscope.com or OfficialPokerRankings.com.
I use the name "PunkinBear" at both sites.
Here are my searchable sharkscope stats as of 4/5/10.
All games/Global Alias "PunkinBear"
14,088 games played
$11 average profit
$31 average stake
39% ROI
$159,029 total profit
88 "ability rating"
- I have trained several players, many of whom have gone on to great things. I'm pleased to say that many of my students have had five and six figure MTT scores, and quite a few Pocketfives Triple Crowns.
